By accessing or using Ezivo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Ezivo provides an AI-powered wellness application that generates personalised exercise recommendations based on user-reported pain and mobility information. The Service is intended for general wellness purposes only and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Ezivo offers monthly, 3-month, 6-month, and annual subscription plans. Pricing is displayed at the point of purchase and may be updated with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges at the selected billing interval until cancellation.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase for a full refund, unless you have begun using the digital service.

Do not use Ezivo as a substitute for professional physiotherapy or medical care.
Ezivo is not responsible for any injury, loss, or harm resulting from following exercise recommendations provided by the Service.
All content within Ezivo — including AI-generated exercise plans, interface design, branding, and written content — is the intellectual property of Ezivo. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
To the maximum extent permitted by English law, Ezivo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via the app settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 12 months then permanently deleted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after that period constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
